4.2 Customs Responsibility (Customer Liability)
- Once the parcel leaves India, AV ENTERPRISES cannot influence foreign customs procedures.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, inspection delays, or clearance issues.
- If the destination country’s customs refuses or blocks clearance,
AV ENTERPRISES will not be liable for:- Return
- Refund
- Replacement
- Compensation
4.3 No Liability After Export
After the shipment leaves India:
- Responsibility transfers fully to the customer and their local authorities.
- AV ENTERPRISES cannot recall, redirect, refund, or return parcels delayed or held by customs.
5. Shipment Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via Email / SMS / WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier website.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
- Courier may attempt re-delivery 1–2 times.
- If the package returns to us, the customer must pay re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Please record an unboxing video as proof.
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
